Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Customer expects this resource to be deployed as soon as possible. Now that Connections Cloud is dated to end on 2020, this feature would make their migration from Cloud to Connections premises smoother, easier to administrate and intuitive.
Instead of migrate to other platforms, they are more likely to consider staying in Connections.

Just to clarify on a potential multi-tenant offering. Even if addressed, there is a significant overhead in setting up a multitenant system, that has a knock on effect (and restrictions) for authentication, directory services and user provisioning, domains and URL handling, anonymous access, administration, styling and customization and much more.
As Adam replied however, IBM would be glad to discuss any particular customer requirements.
We would also like to have such option for some of our customers. :)
I believe that Connections server technically IS multi-tenant already - it is undocumented. Use at your own risk as would not be a supported configuration.
While we understand the interest in this capability, this is not something that we can prioritize as a general offering. We would always be glad to discuss specific requests on a case-by-case basis.
