Find inactive (= unused) communities

As an admin of the system there should be also the option not only do filter and find communities (via CAT tool or wsadmin commands) which are inactive in case of the last timestamp of the updated/edited date property (e.g. community has been updated last time 2 years ago in case of changing the access to restricted) but it should be also possible to get all communities which are really inactive in case of unused.

Means all the communities which has not been visited by any of the users by a defined timeframe.


Example -> Get all communities which has not been:

  • updated since 2 years AND

  • visited since 2 years

As mentioned above right now there is only the option to find and get all communities without any active owners and/or filter by the "last updated" date property.
