Screen refreshes repeatedly in communities after changing mail address

Situations and Procedures:

1) Changing user mail address on LDAP server

2) Synchronize by sync_all_dns

3) Make sure chanaging new email address in LDAP and DB data is correct

4) Login to Connections server by new mail address

5) Open your communities

Recovery method:

1) Clear server-side cache (Delete temp files and reboot server)

or

2) Disable both the LDAP attribute cache and the search results cache.


Request:

Request to be circumvented programmatically on the Connections side.

(Do not disable LDAP cache and restart server)
