UX Adding an entry to important to me bar is hard to find

The behavior of the bar worked fine as long as it was horizontal, now that it is vertical, the add and remove buttons at the bottom are hard to discover and the relationship to the first/empty entry is not clear, especially for an inexperienced/new user.

It is expected that clicking on the big plus will directly open a search box and also that the plus and minus buttons are not there at all. Instead, the minus option should be available for every added entry and the plus circle should remain after the first entry.

Alternatively, it should be possible to configure the position and appearance of the ITM bar yourself.
