Hide public files

Hello everyone,

the Connections installation operated in our data center is shared by several municipalities connected to us. Occasionally, the erroneous sharing of a file with the "everyone in my organization" permission level leads to a file being published beyond the boundaries of the participating municipalities. It is not uncommon for a file to be shared by mistake in this way.

We would like to hide the "public files" menu item in the Files app and/or prevent the possibility of sharing with "everyone in my organization".

Revoking this permission for all files that have already been shared (approx. 200 from different authors) at the same time seems a bit far-fetched, but would probably also be very useful.
