Implement URL Preview and RSS Feeds on the client side

Implement URL Preview and RSS Feeds on the client side.

Currently RSS Feed and URL Preview generation is done on the server side.

Which mean that from the backend server there are requests done to various external sources in the Internet.

From security perspective this opens up a possibility for an attacker, who took over the server, to download malicious software from Internet reusing the same network connections path used by RSS Feed or URL Preview.

By implementing the functionality on the client side, the server side doesn't need to have access to resources in the Internet.
