Blogs "Add a Comment" button to open automatically

Currently in the Connections Blogs application, to comment on a blog post, you have to click on "Add a Comment" button, which then opens the form "Comment on this Entry". Only then can users enter the text to comment on a post. Is there a HCL Connections setting which can be set so that the field "Comment on this Entry" is opened automatically so users don't have to click on "Add a Comment" to open this field?
