Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. I agree with this feature request however one of the concerns would be that should an internal only file be changed to an external shareable file, should the external users also be able to see the history/comments of the file before the share date? I can see a scenario where I am making comments etc on a file that is internal only and I may not want my comments to become viewable, at a later date, externally.
