Collapsible sections should maintain selection after changing display

Various applications have side displays that can be collapsed or expanded.

For example, if you go to Blogs --> Public Blogs, you have collapsible sections for Featured Blog Entries, Most Liked, Most Voted, Most Commented, Most Visited, and Topic Tags.

If you change the display for one of these sections (by either expanding or collapsing it), Connections should retain the selection and keep the section expanded or collapsed when you access the application again.

This behavior should also be consistent across all applications.
