The ITM bar should remember the status, whether open or closed

We have users who like to use the ITM Bar in V8 and some who don't. Those who don't like to use it hide it using the two arrows at the bottom in the browser. However, this setting is not retained. As soon as you refresh the browser page, the ITM Bar reappears expanded, so the feature at the bottom to collapse it is of little use. We would like the setting to be retained when the user collapses or expands it.
