Keep the Order/Position of Widgets Inside of Highlights Application When Creating a new Community by a Copy of Existing Community

Current Behaviour:

When a new community is created by copying an existing community (via "Community Actions" --> "Copy Community"), the order and position of the widgets within the Highlights application are not retained.

Proposed Improvement:

Enhance the "Copy Community" function to ensure that the order and position of widgets in the Highlights application are preserved in the newly created community. This improvement will maintain the layout consistency and save users the effort of reordering widgets manually after creating a new community.
