Option to disable the comments on Files-ensuring other features are working

I am following up on an idea proposed prior to 2019, which can be found here: https://connections-ideas.hcltechsw.com/ideas/IDEACNCTNS-I-1461

My goal is to implement this idea in the best possible way.

I have made some progress by applying styling changes (CSS) but unfortunately, when I did this, the SHARING option get deactivated.

My primary objective is to disable only the COMMENTS section while ensuring that the SHARING feature continues to work without any issues.

HCL Connections management, please make this possible.
