Add the option to set a URL in Rules home page personalization to "allmycommunities" page

In ICEC Settings > Home Page personalisation > Edit personalization there is an option to select community pages as well as engagement center pages (XCC) but there is no option to redirect users to "all my communites".

Sometimes our customers asking to redirect the users with no specific ICEC page to "all my communities" page, but this is no available at the moment. The workaround consists in create an ICEC page with a HTML widget and add a redirect to "all my cominities" page, but the user will see for some seconds the created ICEC page until the redirect is done.
