External user access cannot be restricted

When you add external users in HCL Connections, you are unable to restrict their access. Specifically, it is not possible to provide read-only access to external users once they have been added to HCL Connections.

This limitation poses a security risk as it prevents administrators from controlling the level of access granted to external users, potentially exposing sensitive information.
