No option to create scrollbar in text editor

Right now, you can only create scrollbars in tables with HTML scripts that use the <textarea> tags. Not everyone knows how to use HTML scripting well. It would be helpful to add a user-friendly option in the table menu or during table creation. This option would let users indicate if they want a fixed table height and if they want scrolling to improve visibility of the entire, and not show the bulk of the screen fixated only in one table cell that has a lot of text. This is especially helpful with Wikis that use tables with a lot of content.
