Add "Format Painter" feature to Docs Editor

At least one document editor knows the feature format painter- It copies the format (Bold, underline, right indent, ...) from the currently marked element into the element you mark after you activated the feature. This is very helpful with large spread sheets and  formatted text in presentations and docs. Please add this to Docs too.

    Spreadsheet's Format Painter got supported in docs 2.0 cr3 ifix003.

    Faye’s, this is really needed as many files undergo editing in multiple editors and there is no easy way how to visually polish them by unifying appearance of text, paragraphs, cells etc.
