Create a portfolio page of all available add-on solutions or apps

This comment was spurred by IDEACNCTNS-I-318 where ISSC shared about a PDF export tool. News to me, and maybe others! Nice one (meaning the solution). 

The IBM CNX Catalog was supposed to be a listing service and more but there was a few misses in understanding how it was implemented before the team was disbanded - so, it didn't really work out as well as we'd all hoped.

Short of that - turning up a Marketing website page with an alphabetical list of solutionsand links would be good initial REBOOT to supported solutions.
