Easy way to invite for meetings

I have Activities and several groups. And there should be an easy way, to setup meetings, so that they appear in Lotus or Outlook. Something like "Checkbox" the needed persons, and directly invite from Connections Activity or Communities to a meeting, and then this meeting appears in Lotus or Outlook.

Pleas look for such optimization.

    Connections events should be usable as group calendar with direct planning of events into the free time of the members and so on.
