Reminder - Change Sender Name

In Community-Aktion "E-mail to Community" is the sender address always our organization.

Unfortunately this mails are often ignored, as user think it is a weekly newsletter or general advice and ignore them or give pay less attention to them.

My suggestion is to personalize the mails, example: Name of the person appears as sender or at least the community actions/mails are marked differently (for example an exclamation mark in Lotus)

    IMO the current logged-in user (who mails the community) shall be presented as the sender of the mail - at least in the header (while technically the mail is sent from a system account)

     

    Or, as a quick improvement, please change the e-mail subject from

        'community_name' subject [Communites]

    to

       'sender' sends you a message: subject (community_name)

    or something similar. People first!  :-)
