Find Blogs created by a user

I know that a special person has created "public blogs" and "private blogs for colleagues". If you search for this person, there doesn`t exist a menu button : blogs . It is very hard to find these blogs if you don`t know the keywords or tags for this. Please create such a menu button to find this easier.

    It is possible to get to a person's blogs either through the business card or by clicking Blogs in the left-nav of the search results page when typing in a person's name.  If you are describing a different scenario, can you provide more details, please?
