Implement scheduled backup of ICEC pages for ICEC-Cloud

IBM Connections Engagement Center (ICEC) allows to run scheduled backups of your ICEC pages. We need this feature in the cloud. When you work with ICEC pages and template-inheritance it might happen that you "destroy" one or multiple pages by mistake. Pages can be backed up manually but in a larger corporate with many pages this is not convenient and an automated backup process would be handy.
