Combine Recent Updates and Status Updates into one menu item in communites

These 2 take up valuable landscape in the menu bar and are used way too infrequently.  Combine into one view and give users the option to filter, as necessary.  Accelerate value of updates and finding the latest changes within communities!  See also idea to put recent updates on homepage as a widget.

    I agree that status updates ale rarely used and the menu item occupies valuable space. Perhaps a filter feature for status updates on the recent updates page might be enough.
