Pinning of community files and files shared with a community not possible

2 Scenarios to upload a file:

A user can upload a file into "My Files":
* pinning is possible in the Files app (via "My Files", "Public Files", etc.).

A user can share this file (uploaded into the "My Files") with a community ("Shared from Files"):
* pinning is possible in the Files app (via "My Files", "Public Files", etc.).
* pinning is _not_ possible in the Community's Files section.

-> It should be possible to pin files within the Community's Files section as well.

A user can upload a file directly into his community ("From a Community"):
* pinning is _not_ possible in the Files app (via "My Files", "Public Files", etc.).
* pinning is _not_ possible in the Community's Files section.

-> It should be possible to pin files within the Files app and within the Community's Files section as well.
