Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. This would really help with our internal systems training video's - users are not aware there is audio :(
This would be super important for us aswell. Video is going to be a major game-changer in the future and should be supported on a higher level. Incl. functionality´s such as fastforward by 15sec and back, playback speed, etc.

Any low volume that is non-zero, or is remembered between sessions will do.
As it is, users don't understand that there's an own volume control in the player (and it does not even show by default) and they thing there's something wrong with the video.
A variation is that browser remembers the volume once set.
