Original idea by Torben Olsen in the IBM internal blog. Following is copied from that entry:
I would very much appreciate to have the option to activate a Visual Team Kanban Board app within a community.
An app like this would make our global teamwork much more agile, and in project management within GTS Delivery this way of working within the project would allow the teams to keep track of the results of the low level work that typically is very dynamic.
For those of you, who don't know what I am talking about, below are a few links to explain the topic:
What is Kanban (article)
ABSTRACT: Kanban is a new technique for managing a software development process in a highly efficient way. Kanban underpins Toyota's "just-in-time" (JIT) production system. Although producing software is a creative activity and therefore different to mass-producing cars, the underlying mechanism for managing the production line can still be applied.
Kanban Board (Wikipedia article)
ABSTRACT: A kanban board is one of the tools which can be used to implement the kanban method for a project.

Kudos Board for GTS? That manner, IBM may assist their ISV and develop items not supplied by business partner.
geometry dash
Kudos Boards is a good idea from my point of view ... but needs to be deeper integrated (make a task out of a mail, have activities in sync with boards, ...)
Could GTS use Kudos Board instead ? IMHO that way IBM would support their ISV and could focus their development effort on things that has not been provided by business partner.
