Fix menu bars when scrolling

Dear Team,

one problem in the community is, that the menu bar on top and on the left of the page are not fixed upon scrolling. So I simply loose the option to navigate once I have reached lower parts of a page. This is highly annoying since most modern homepages people are used to behave differently.

Our local IT gave the response it would not be possible to change this setting, so I would be really happy if you could add the option to fix the bars to the top (see screenshot).
