Saving option from Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint/Word AddOn

Enhancement Request :

AddOn in Microsft Word/excel/Powerpoint makes it possible to save documents directly in our folders/files on IBM Connections Cloud.

But we have to check the option "possible to share with external people" otherwise it won't be possible later (will be private).

=> this is the contrary on the platform: the option is automatically checked.
Users will forget to check it from Microsoft documents because it makes no sense... We meet some problems in our organization with that, bad for global adoption!
