request config setting for default community layout in IC

In IBM Connections 6.0, there is a new layout by default provided when a community is created.                                                        
We would like to choose the default layout in a configuration file. We would like to keep the default layout of v5.5.

    Thats a setting in gatekeeper ... /connections/config 
    COMMUNITIES_TOP_MENU_WITH_BANNER_DEFAULT_LAYOUT

    set this to false to get 5.5 behaviour back.

    Request to change the default layout for communities in 6.0.
    In 5.5 it was "3 columns, side menu" - now it is "3 columns, top menu". Customer wishes like to have the old one as default layout.
