Please improve error page of ICEC on Cloud.

ICEC on cloud displays error page showing a message "Page (Page ID) cloud not be found." when a user try to access a page which doesn't exist.
A same error page is also displayed when a user tries to access a page that the user doesn't have access permission of.

 

This message is not intuitive. What the user wants to know is why ICEC on Cloud could not find the page. 

So the customer is requesting us to change the error message like below.

You are trying to access a page  that does not exist or you do not have permission.

    Hi,

    you can do that on your own.
    Open the admin panel, go to Engagement-Center-Settings tab and edit the "xcc-en.json". Search for the message key: "pageNotFoundException". Change the translation, save the changes and there you go. 
    You can do this for all supported languages. For instance to change this is german, you need to search for "xcc-de.json".
