Backup files option for cloud Admins

As an admin, I will get users complaining about files they deleted and now want back. It is after 90 days so the files are deleted from Cloud. Is there a backup service available? Can we provide that option in future? Also I want users to be notified one week before the 90 day expiry that the files they put in the Trash will be deleted, as a final warning to review the trash.

    I think it is important to have a backup copy of all user content in the cloud: mail, files, etc ...
    Perhaps by slightly increasing the license price would be possible.
    The user would be more sure of their information against possible catastrophes.
