Correct interpretation of file links in status updates

post a status update to all users or to a specific community incl. a link like this: file://///bosch.com/DfsRB the link will not be interpreted correctly and the user has no chance to post a working link Please fix in a future CR.

Allow community owners to decide how they want the files in their community sorted

Currently files in community files/folders are sorted by last edit date. Sometimes owners want it to be sorted alphabetically. Please allow community owners a setting to do this. As an example, in CCM libraries this is also possible .
