Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Administrator can turn off to share Files to externals.

    Many customers request the feature to prohibit user to share files to external for their security policy. Org admin should have the option to turn off to share files to externals.
