Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Make community surveys visible to non-members in public communities.

    A public community is accesible by every member. Even files, libraries, wikis etc. of this community are accesible, except Community-Surveys. This should be accessible without being a member of a public community.

    Hide own completed ToDo when assigned to multiple persons.

    It's confusing that "Assigned To Me" Todo's in Activities are still visible, even when i completed them. This behavior only occurs when a todo is assigned to multiple persons. Please remove a completed ToDo, even when assigned to multipe persons.

    Owners of a Community should not automatically be owners of a Sub-Community

    Enhance the Notes Plugin

    Add to the Notes Plugin for IBM Connections the possibilities to view and edit all the other apps, like forums, wikis, blogs and so on. Let us push mails not only to activities but also to a forum, a wiki or a blog.
