Improve mail notifications for Community files

One of our users reported that he doesn't got any notification mails by changed files, altough he's following the community. Following doesn't result in also following on files in the community (e.g. changes on existing files or adding new files)....

The tag cloud in a wiki shall behave as in forum/blog with the possibility to refine with related tags

If you filter in a wiki by tag, you can not view the related tags to refine - like in forum or blog. The tag cloud is not visible any more when you search in a wiki by tags. Same UI as for forum and blog shall be implemented in Wiki.
