Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Links and Files under one ICEC widget

    Have one widget in ICEC that can display both e-forms(links) and pdf files under rather than two separate widgets.

    Filter for Community Members

    For new employees it would be a nice feature, when you join a community that there members can be filtered by location.

    The ability to search through deleted wikis.

    When looking in the trash for deleted wikis, there is no way to search but going from page to page. It would be helpful to be able to search through the wikis, including content, in order to find the wiki more easily.

    Right-Click to open in Tab shall work on REACT based Community List UI.

    I and most users usually opens multiple Communities from Community List for fast work processing. However REACT based Community UI does not allow me to do that. Only ONE Community can be opened from the Community List!!! I can not bear it.

    Report view for all Members with last date logged on

    As we clean up a lot of our Member lists for our Connection Sites, I think it would be helpful to have a way to see if someone had not logged on in a year or more which might help me with cleaning up names on the list.

    Events with images

    In IBM Connections it should be possible to insert an image into events in the form of a file attachment or in the editor area.

    Notification for public file folder only in case you follow this folder or the owner

    In Connections 6.5 we use a lot the feature of a personal public folder to share files to all Connections users. In case a file is added or changed now all user are notified. This is not useful and disturbing. Please make it possible to change this.

    Multiple File Upload in Media Gallery

    A user should be able to upload multiple images / videos at once into the media gallery. Again like facebook, this process should be quick & easy.

    Please add additional fields in communities

    We would like to see custom community extension fields (similar to Profiles) which would allow the user to e.g. maintain confidentiality level, archiving status, community sponsor, community type, etc.

    Notify people about this update and mail notification

    If a file is edited and the checkbox "Notify people about this update" is checked, the people do not receive a notification but only an e-mail as notification.If a person has deactivated the e-mail notification, they will not receive a notificatio...
