If no profile picture exists, then profile picture with abbreviation of first and last name.

If people don't upload a picture there is only the one default profil icon - even not gender neutral. Would be nice to show the profile ficture with abbreviation of first and last name. This is common way - e.g. MS Teams, Outlook etc.

The default value for PROF_IDHASH should better be 'e3b0c44298fc1c149afbf4c8996fb924'. Or allow null value for PROF_IDHASH.
