Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Ability to set access level to delete files and folders.

    The shared files and folders can be deleted by every user who were shared them even the access level is "Reader" and "Editor". Only "Owner" should be able to delete the files and folders.

    Allow community owners to decide how they want the files in their community sorted

    Currently files in community files/folders are sorted by last edit date. Sometimes owners want it to be sorted alphabetically. Please allow community owners a setting to do this. As an example, in CCM libraries this is also possible .

    Video Playback on Apple Devices

    The integrated video player, which is used to preview videos uploaded to Files, does not work in Safari on macOS nor in Mobile Safari on iOS or iPadOS. Please upgrade the player to support those devices.
