Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request.     Can the Check box with "include inactive users" be hidden from the catalog search?

    Customer is looking for the option under Search the Directory under Directory >> Display full search options under user Profiles where you want to hide the Check Box option for "Include inactive users in search results".

    Enhance #bottom anchored text to redirect to the bottom of the Community Overview

    We are using the Textbox.io or Tiny MCE for Connections. Using a Bookmark/anchor: #bottom should work correctly when adding into the Community Rich Content widget or Community Description widget in a community and redirect to the bottom of the page.

    Request function of changing the default access type when creating a community.

    When a user creates a community, the default Access type of the new community is "Public to My Organization". We want connections to provide a function so that the user can set the default type to others like "Restricted".

    Files shared by link should present should present login form

    Users are able to share files by links since 6.0 CR4. The only problem is that if I receive such a link by mail and I click on it, I will get an error unless I'm already logged into connections. Can't these be improved for a better user experience...

    Remove Connections Files Sync from Dock on MacOS

    Connections files syncs should work like the other applications dropbox, onedrive, box etc. The icon on dock needs to be removed, and only the icon on menu bar

    In our company we do have for example externals which provide application support within Connections. That's why it would be great if they could edit forum entries, use @-mentions for community members, ...

    Change order of related communities

    ​It would be nice if we could change the order of the linked/related communities (on community start page), since only 5 are visible in the preview.

    show in the section "My Communities" only the communities I'm a member of

    At the moment you find under "my communities" also communities you are not a member of. It also lists communities you've randomly clicked on in the "explore" section.

    Public Folders tab on the left navigation bar for the Files app

    Currently we have an option to see all the files shared with "Everyone in the Organisation" at "Public Files". Even though If a folder is shared it is just showing all the files at public files section as an individual files not as a folder struct...
