Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request.     Adjust folder sorting in the Files app

    It is currently not possible to sort the folders in the Files app as desired. It would be great if each user could individually adjust the sorting of the folders in the Webview. For example by folder size or by name.

    When clicking on a document in the activity stream unable to open in a new tab

    The communities when opened in a new tab open properly. The activity stream document links when opened in a new tab does not open and shows about:block page. This only works on the Files component.

    It would be nice, if there would be an option to set in an forum "Mark this topic as a question" for all new creates topics / questions.

    Can the Check box with "include inactive users" be hidden from the catalog search?

    Customer is looking for the option under Search the Directory under Directory >> Display full search options under user Profiles where you want to hide the Check Box option for "Include inactive users in search results".

    pasting HTML format from clipboard removes attributes in Forum Rich Text Editor (TinyMCE)

    When pasting from clipboard rich text format HTML Code, formating such as "<p style="text-align: center" gets removed. by TinyMCE. This worked in the past but in HCL Connections 6.5 CR1 it does not work anymore.

    Enable editing of the post (as possible with any platform)

    We are using connections since years and if there is a mistake i have to delete my post or sign it under comments. it would be easier to edite it directly.

    Kudos Integration in "My Activities"

    My activities --> To Do A fruther integration would be helpful. In this view I can select my activities sorted by due date, I can tick them as being done but not pull (drag'n'drop) to any closed area. That way it is nice to have an overview but...

    Files shared by link should present should present login form

    Users are able to share files by links since 6.0 CR4. The only problem is that if I receive such a link by mail and I click on it, I will get an error unless I'm already logged into connections. Can't these be improved for a better user experience...
