Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

    Increase guest invitation deadline

    External guests currently only get 24 hours to act upon the invitation email. The link then expires and you have to send them another invite. This is far too short. It should be at least 7 days,

    Rich text editor for surveys

    A rich text editor (like in other apps) would be also useful in the app "surveys" e.g. to insert links, pictures and more.

    Possibility to move custom fields

    In activities, it is possible to add custom fields. If you want another order, you must delete the field and start again. If they can be moved, they do not need to be deleted

    Apache Server as the Web Server

    This features is already included in Blogs. But you can't notifiy people with a e-mail or in the Notification bell in Wikis. Many of our users want this features. It would be very useful!

    report or view when users completed the Touchpoint and accepted company Privacy and Guidelines

    We need an report or view when (date/time) the users have accepted the company policy and guidelines via touchpoint . This is an important information and an report via web UI for Admins and Audit team should be available.Please add such feature.
