Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Please make it possible to import browser bookmarks into Connections. Most of the time you have already saved your most important pages as bookmarks, entering them again in Connections is tedious and unnecessary.

    Desktop plugin should support LongPathsEnabled under Win10

    Customer is using Windows 10, and has the LongPathsEnabled REGKEYenable. In OS, they are able to create long paths. Therefore customer requests to add support Win10 extended paths using LongPathsEnabled.

    Increase guest invitation deadline

    External guests currently only get 24 hours to act upon the invitation email. The link then expires and you have to send them another invite. This is far too short. It should be at least 7 days,

    Desktop Plugin (Windows) - Support standard keyboard shortcut F2 for rename of file

    In Windows Explorer F2 is the shortcut to rename a file in Windows Explorer. This is not available in Desktop Plugin. Her you have to make a right mouse click. Can you please enable the plugin to do so too.

    report or view when users completed the Touchpoint and accepted company Privacy and Guidelines

    We need an report or view when (date/time) the users have accepted the company policy and guidelines via touchpoint . This is an important information and an report via web UI for Admins and Audit team should be available.Please add such feature.
