Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated.     Request support for AWS Amazon RDS for Oracle with HCL Connections

    HCL Connections 7.0 (and earlier) has not been tested with Amazon RDS for Oracle so this configuration is not officially supported. Would like to see this supported in the near future with HCL Connections.

    Desktop Plugin - predefined list of communities

    We would like to have a setting to roll-out a predefined fixed list of communities for specific users when installing the desktop plugin. So the users do not have to add communities.

    Turn off document download

    It would be helpful to have an option to turn off the document download option to prevent users from maintaining copies of documents outside of the intended Files location.

    Need Connections Desktop Plugin to support Windows on Hyper-V

    We found some features such as "My Drive" doesn't work on Win 10 on Hyper-V. After checking with Support. Hyper-V is not supported. We have client machine that is on Hyper-V. We need Hyper-V to be supported by Connections Desktop Plugin.
