All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. please provide a unisex / gender neutral profile avatar picture

Right now the profiles which don't have an own profile picture are displayed with a MALE avatar irrespective of the profile's gender. We need this to be changed to a UNISEX avatar, so that it would be more appropriate.
