Allow different operators for tag following and filtering

There should be a possibility to follow tags with a logical operation. E.g. follow tag combination "gs" AND "controlling" will follow all objects, which are tagged with both tags.

As of today, it's only possible to filter content based on a combination of tags with the AND operator. If you combine two tags, it's always and AND-combination. However, to allow very flexible custom filters for content retrieval, it should be possible to also use other operators like OR. Hence, very powerful filtering can be done on the content within our Connections Environment. Combined with the power of RSS, this allows you to stay updated about whatever you like.

Just similar to the rules everyone knows from outlook. Maybe even more flexible.
