Make community logo resize value (155x155) configurable

When a community logo is uploaded, connections automatically resizes the image to 155x155. Currently this value can't be changed.

A customer has changed the width of left column in the communities pages, so they can better fit some custom widgets. This is the column where the community logo is displayed. To keep everything in proportion, they also changed the size that the community logo is rendered, to match the new column width.

However, the fixed resize value is too small and resulted in significant loss of definition. Connections should allow these values to be configurable, so admins can adjust the resize parameters to match a customized UI.
