Add an administrator function to globally remove retired custom widget references from Communities

We have a large Connections deployment, with over 400,000 communities. Over a period of years, we deployed many custom widgets, that are no longer in use. Through the normal course of a day, these widgets throw thousands of CLFWZ0008W errors in our logs. While there does not appear to be any end user impact, this behavior generates thousands of unnecessary log messages in our Communities logs.

Please add a function that allows Connections administrators to globally remove Community references to widgets that have been retired from the system. This might be a wsadmin command that allows the administrator to drop all references to custom widgets that are no longer in use, from all Communities in the system.
