The Docs Spreadsheet editor appears to be limited in that a drop down list comprised of a named range can only be a range consisted of a single row or column.

The Docs Spreadsheet editor appears to be limited in that a drop down list comprised of a named range can only be a range consisted of a single row or column. This limitation is prompted to the user when attempting to set the source of a listed cell range with multiple rows and/or columns:

"Enter a valid range with single row/column"

Customer hope it can support multiple rows and columns.
