Search should be clever and more fuzzy (especially with german words)

When I search something in Connections the search is not fuzzy and clever enough to consider e.g. the singular and plural form of a word.

E.g. when we search for "startmoment" it gives different results than when we search for "startmomente" (the plural form of the word).

The search should consider singular and plural forms of a word through all supported languages. In our case: english and german at least.
