Integrate Group Chat Function for external Users in Communitys

Hello, currently it is only possible to communicate with external users via the forum in Connections. It would be great if there was a possibility to communicate with external users via group chat or single chat (limited to community users). A kind of mini Sametime for communities only.

    We are not planning to include a Connections driven chat tool in the future - however we are adding an integration pattern for chat tool in Connections, that allows users to start a chat with users for example from their profile card or share a page from Connections with a group chat (see today's MS Teams integration).
    Embedding a chat in a Community widget is an option we are exploring as well.
