Edit Bookmarks does not work correcty

The pop-down menu on the right side offers the option to "modify" your bookmark . In reality you can simply and only alter the number of displayed bookmarks in the shown window. If you want to make relevant changes you have to go into the applications menue at the top and call the respective application.

Why not add the link to this application in the pop-down menu mentione at first and RENAME the misleading entry to "number of links shown" (or a better wording).
